Met has been truly blessed with the opportunity to share her heart-opening sound baths at retreat spaces across Europe, the US, and Costa Rica. In each session, she gently guides you on a meditative healing journey, using high vibrational sound frequencies to help relax and reset the nervous system, nurture inner peace, and activate the chakra system to its purest, loving essence.

Met uses powerful instruments like 432Hz quartz crystal bowls, 528Hz chimes, solfeggio frequencies, gongs, and the monochord, along with any other tools she’s intuitively guided to play.  Each instrument is chosen to elevate your energy and create a healing resonance.

Her intention is to take you on an inner journey, guiding you to reconnect with both your past and future selves, so that you may resolve, release, and step into who you truly are.
